• クレジット表記はあらかじめ映像に埋め込む (のが望ましい)

4. 条件

以下、英文条文への日本語による説明です。ここの日本語はあくまで解説であり、英文のみが法的な拘束力を持ちます。

You are signing this agreement as an individual, or, if you work for a company, on behalf of your employer. By completing and signing this Permission Form, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms. You warrant that you hold all rights in and to each submitted work. You hereby grant Side Effects Software Inc. (SideFX), its affiliated companies, distributors, and resellers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, broadcast, your submitted work for the purposes that you have specified on this release form. You warrant that your granting of this usage does not and shall not violate any third party rights. SideFX will provide full credit information on all promotional material using the submitted work.

この書類への署名は、個人または会社組織を代表する場合は会社を代表して署名することになります。この書類に署名することで、以下のことに同意することとなります。
• 提供いただいた作品の権利は、あなたまたは貴社に帰属します。
• この書類により、貴社は、SideFX およびその子会社、代理店などに対し、包括的でロイヤリティを伴わない使用(編集、放映)を、この書類 (の#3)で指定した範囲において許可します。
• 御社が許可することは第三者の権利を損なわないことを保証します。
• SideFX は提供いただいた作品の使用に際して完全な著作権情報を表記いたします。
